The date of the Expo 2020 has shifted to 2021 as the organization has been challenging, however the UAE expects more then 20 million guests to attend within the 6 months.

With the development of the Dubai Route 2020 metro extension, the Expo location is expected to play an increasingly important role in Dubai’s real estate market. Its connectivity and accessibility have quickly become key demand drivers for properties around the Expo area.

The communities that have recently been constructed on the Expo site are budget-friendly and family-centric townhouses and villas. There are also limited-edition Expo Golf Villas on the doorstep of this up and coming area, nestled alongside the Main Boulevard of Emaar South, just moments away from the Al Maktoum. International Airport, as well as Dubai’s leading hubs, Jebel Ali Port and the various business districts in Dubai South.

Emaar South is designed in an area of greenery that is centrally located near the Expo 2020 site. This welcoming new neighborhood has the proximity of an international airport and an 18-hole championship golf course.

The brand-new villas are structured with high ceilings, spacious backyards and open kitchens perfect for family living.  Each villa has a view of the park which features a large swimming pool and kids play area.
